1. Navigate to the submenu item "life guided by light" under the "Online Course" tab, and use the same email and password you used during the registration process. This sends a request for approval to us. Once we've confirmed your request, you will receive an email notification.

 

2. Determine the starting time in your area by visiting http://www.thetimezoneconverter.com/  Class begins at 12noon EST (NYC time).
